Kimberly Sisk, LP, holds a valid license to provide limited legal services in Family Law matters except, Ms. Sisk may not provide services related to: preparation of a Qualified Domestic Relations Order (QDRO); division or conveyance of formal business entities or commercial property; an appeal to the court of appeals or supreme court.  These services would require the retention of a qualified attorney to the extent they arise.
