I have spent more than 36 years in the family-law field, working closely with attorneys, judges, child specialists, and families, including military families, navigating difficult transitions. Before becoming an LP, I built a long career as a family law paralegal and mediation professional, gaining extensive experience in divorce, parenting time, child support, enforcement actions, modification cases, and high-conflict matters. As an LP, I am licensed by the Arizona Supreme Court to practice law in family court within my authorized scope, including representing clients, filing pleadings, negotiating settlements, appearing in court hearings, and guiding families through various stages of their cases. Some examples of the cases handled: contested divorces, contested legal decision-making (custody) and parenting time modifications, child support modifications and enforcement, high-conflict cases, mediation, and spousal maintenance.
